Silhouette portraits aren't just for human subjects. Roll over picture for a larger image.
My cat, Benny, hopped into the windowsill as the sun was setting. The golden light cast his shadow against the blinds behind him and created a perfect silhouette. I had my camera ready. I made sure the flash was turned off and captured this one-in-a-million postcard image.
The possibilities with silhouette portraits are endless. Remember: You don't have to be afraid of the dark.
