The Nikon D300 is a little older than the newer D3 and uses the DX sensor instead of the FX sensor. The other benefit is that prosumers and pros can find this 12 megapixel camera out in the wild for considerably less than the Nikon D3.

As always, we're always impressed with the Rocky Nook's production values and this book won't disappoint. If you're trying to get the most out of your D300 (or you're debating between the D300 and the D3), this book is definitely worth it. We give it a well-deserved 4-out-of-5.
